We have 2 great Mini Summer camps available for FSL learners to enjoy virtually from the comfort of their own home.

We have partnered with the Nutrien Civic Centre in Sussex and Snapology NB to offer a bilingual in preson experience. See the full details and weekly schedule below.

CPF NB Mini Summer Camp #1 - July 5-9 Ages 8-14
9-11a.m.
This camp will be held in partnership with Kids code jeunesse.

KCJ will offer one Camping2Code 5-day series
These workshops consist of 2 hours of coding per day for 5 days straight.

Parents must be CPF NB members to participate for FREE (for non-members the cost is $100 per student payable by e-transfer to info@cpfnb.net). To become a member go to: https://cpf.ca/en/join-cpf/.

Registration is limited to 10 students.

Camping2Code - nature and coding online series
In this series, we will venture out into the digital wilderness on a
virtual camping trip. Campers will be introduced to
beginner-friendly coding skills using the drag-and-drop block
coding platform Scratch. The weather won’t be an issue as we
set up our site, go birdwatching, find our special fishing hole, go
on a scavenger hunt and sleep under the stars!
CPF NB Mini Summer Camp #2: Aug 9-13 Ages 5-14
9a.m.-12p.m.

This virtual S.T.E.A.M. camp will be held in partnership with Snapology New Brunswick.
​
Enter the magical world of Snapology! Have fun with dragons, crowns, knights, and swords. Create your own castle using LEGO® bricks and much, much more. Let the magic begin!

Registration is limited to 15 students.
Students who regiter before July 1st will be loaned a lego kit to use for the week at no cost.

Every Tuesday throughout the summer Snapology NB will be visiting the Nutrien Civic Centre in Sussex to do a fun LEGO activity. The instructor will present in both French and English giving students a chance to learn new French words, or to practice what they already know!
